Modes of Manpower Outsourcing

In today’s competitive world when business overheads play pivotal role in maximizing the profits, organizations have key policy to execute considerable part of projects through contractual manpower, who are deputed by manpower contractor to work for clients projects.

We provide skilled and experienced engineering & design professionals from all the disciplines. They are deputed to client office for short term (3 to 6 months) & Long Term (1 to 2 years) Contracts.

Our Responsibility : Based on clients requirement, we shortlist the professionals have required skillset and experience matching clients specifications. On submission of CVs to client, client selects the required CVs. Final interview and selection is done by client’s project team.

Under this case, the deputed team is on our payroll.

After selected of right candidates, we depute our team to client’s office, who works under supervision of client. This ways client’s confidential data also remains intact within client’s office.

On some instances client is interested to recruiter permanent staff members to its organization. We do support client in providing placement services.

Our Responsibility : We provide the candidate CVs with the required skillset and experience. Final Interview & Selection is done by client.

We charge one-time payment of fees for providing placement services with one year replacement warranty with no extra cost.
