Our team is capable of executing any project. Till date we have accepted many challenges where client has handed projects to us, which were abandoned half way by other parties. Also we have executed projects for EPC clients which were having stringent deadlines with crucial penalty associated with delay.

However, we have some unique specialties when it comes to some special type of projects. We have discussed below some of it.

Below are some of the successful projects that were executed at our Mumbai office.

Scope of Work:

The project involved multiple skids which formed entire process system when connected together. SOW involved multi-discipline modeling of entire skid, which involves piping, structure, equipment’s and electrical / instrument junction boxes.

Final Output: Full-fledged intelligent 3D model to be submitted to client with complete project database.

Scope of Work: Pipe Stress Analysis & Pipe Support Design.

Man-hours: 1400

Final Output:

• Pipe Stress Calculation report with Pipe Stress Isometrics.
• Structural Analysis Report using STAAD Pro
• Pipe Support GAD in pdf format

Scope of Work: Pig Launcher / Receiver Piping Design for revamping project on offshore oil Rig.

Man-hours: 2200

• 3D Modeling of New facility and Tie In Point Location, Model Database submitted.
• Piping Isometrics.
• Weight Control Report.
• 2D Updation in existing layout using AutoCAD.
